Alzheimer Cards

These cards are used to inform others that the person they are with has Alzheimers. The color purple was chosen because that is the offical color for Alzheimers awareness.

A client requested to have a special Alzheimer card in English and Spanish. Because majority of the places they visit involves those who speak both languages.
